Paris Airports

Paris is served by two major international airports, both located outside the city, around 30 kilometers from the center. Expect roughly an hour's journey, at a cost ranging from about ten euros by public transit to twenty euros or more by taxi depending on the airport. The duty-free shops carry plenty of French luxury brands, with generally multilingual staff.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG)

With more than 62 million passengers a year, this is France's busiest airport. It's north of Paris and has direct RER B access. Double-check your departure terminal beforehand, the three terminals are quite far apart.

Orly

South of the capital, this airport has two terminals (Orly South and Orly West) and serves France, North Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Several bus lines, including the Orlybus, connect it to Paris.
