Located in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, the Musée Jacquemart-André is a fine arts and decorative arts museum housed in a magnificent Second Empire mansion in the Haussmannian style. It holds a collection of stunning artworks and furniture from Europe and the East, gathered by Édouard André and his wife Nélie Jacquemart, a celebrated portrait painter.

Tips

Standard admission is 12€, reduced to 10€ for children aged 7 to 17, teachers, students, and job seekers. It's free for children under 7, the press, and tourism industry professionals. The museum has a café offering drinks and snacks, as well as a brunch on weekends.

How to get there

Located at 158 Boulevard Haussmann, the Musée Jacquemart-André is accessible via "Saint-Augustin," "Miromesnil," or "Saint-Philippe du Roule" stations, on metro lines 9 and 13. You can also get there by RER, getting off at "Charles de Gaulle-Étoile" station on line A, or by bus, via lines 22, 43, 52, 54, 28, 80, 83, 84, and 93.
