The Tour Montparnasse is the tallest tower within central Paris. As a result, it offers a unique panorama of the capital. If you ask a Parisian why you should visit the Tour Montparnasse, they'll tell you: because it's the only view where you can't see the Tour Montparnasse. It's especially worth going because the line is much shorter than at the Eiffel Tower, on top of a simply breathtaking view. The observation deck is enclosed in glass, so check the weather before you go. Visibility can quickly become poor due to raindrops, making for less interesting photos.
